Sažetak
The technical report of the EU-funded CTC European Network (2013–2015) is the one public document that lists every known European CTC site up to 2015 with its start year and status: the United Kingdom (more than sixty sites 1998–2008, operations ceased 2009), the Netherlands (32 sites, most stopped by the mid-2010s), Germany, Croatia (Istria 2003–2012 and later cities), Cyprus (Latsia), Austria (a single youth-survey pilot in Sierning) and Sweden. It describes the adaptations of the CTC youth survey, the readiness and implementation experience of the partners and the lessons the network drew for a European implementation guide. It is an inventory and a practice report, not an evaluation; several country entries are marked "unknown" or "still running?" as of 2015.
