CTC na EUSPR-u 2011.–2026.: od plenarnog predavanja do mreže
Europsko društvo za istraživanje prevencije (EUSPR) sastaje se svake godine od 2010. Communities That Care na programu je gotovo svake konferencije od Lisabona 2011. godine: najprije kao priča iz pojedinih zemalja, zatim kao projekt EU-a, a od 2022. kao europska zajednica prakse koja se s tvorcima modela sastaje licem u lice. Ovaj arhiv sadrži sve sesije povezane s CTC-om, s naslovima onako kako su tiskani i s originalnim programom kao izvorom.

Dolazak i europski projekt
Priča počinje plenarnim predavanjem J. Davida Hawkinsa, jednog od tvoraca CTC-a, u Lisabonu 2011. o javnozdravstvenim koristima prevencije na razini cijele zajednice, dok zagrebački tim izvještava o CTC-u u Istri, a Nizozemska i Donja Saska razmjenjuju iskustva u Krakovu. U Parizu 2013. njemačka je provedba tema plenarnog izlaganja. U Palmi 2014. projekt CTC European Network, financiran sredstvima EU-a, predstavlja svoju međunarodnu usporedbu podataka ankete za mlade i svoj pregled učinkovitih programa, a u Ljubljani 2015. projekt u slobodnom terminu saziva svoj prvi sastanak. U Berlinu 2016., na konferenciji koju suorganizira Vijeće za prevenciju Donje Saske, Nick Axford predstavlja pregled iz kojega su nastali CTC unosi u registru Xchange EUDA-e.

Registri, istraživanja i anketa koja putuje
Godine oskudne sastancima mreže bile su bogate dokazima. Nottinghamshire pokazuje kako redovne javne službe mijenjaju ishode djece, mjerene dijelom pitanjima iz CTC ankete za mlade, a Grüne Liste Prävention donosi registarsku logiku četvrte faze CTC-a u Beč i na online konferenciju 2021. Plenarno predavanje Johna Toumbouroua u Lisabonu 2018. izvještava o australskom klaster-randomiziranom istraživanju; plenarno izlaganje Fredericka Groeger-Rotha istoga jutra pretvara desetljeće provedbe u taksonomiju prepreka. Hrvatska anketu za mlade održava na životu posterima s uzorcima od 4.821 i 10.138 učenika, a 2020. Malmö i Donja Saska predstavljaju CTC uz islandski model na pozvanom online simpoziju.

Zajednica prakse, s tvorcima modela za istim stolom
Tallinn 2022. prekretnica je: posebna sesija pod predsjedanjem EMCDDA-a stavlja jedno uz drugo njemačku replikaciju CTC-EFF, rad Malmöa na spremnosti zajednice i dvadeset godina hrvatskog iskustva te traži europsku studiju u više zemalja. Sarajevo 2023. dodaje Estoniju, Grčku i Portugal kroz prilagodbe ankete u sklopu projekta Frontline Politeia. Od Cremone 2024. Social Development Research Group Sveučilišta u Washingtonu stalni je sudionik: radionica uoči konferencije, plenarno predavanje, simpoziji o alatima za praćenje i o anketi diljem svijeta te campfire o međunarodnom planu istraživanja. Berlin 2025. domaćin je prvog sastanka europske mreže sa šesnaest CTC točaka u jednom programu, a Dublin 2026. otvara se europskim sastankom i simpozijem koji prolazi kroz pet faza u Estoniji, Irskoj, Sjedinjenim Državama, Švedskoj i Njemačkoj, dok završnu raspravu vodi Hawkins. Priča koja je počela njegovim plenarnim predavanjem vraća mu se petnaest godina poslije.
Četiri niti kroz godine
Anketa je prva krenula na put
CTC anketa za mlade nit je koja se provlači kroz sve godine: nizozemske analize zajednica 2015., velike hrvatske školske ankete od 2019., tri nove prilagodbe u sklopu projekta Frontline Politeia 2023. Zatim simpozij o psihometriji ankete diljem svijeta 2024., prvi irski pilot i hrvatska digitalna inačica 2026., a uz njih i brazilski Comunidades Que Cuidam.
Registri su infrastruktura četvrte faze
Xchange, nastao iz pregleda 2016., i njemačka Grüne Liste Prävention pojavljuju se u šest od šesnaest godišnjih programa. Zajednica može birati provjerene programe samo ako ih je netko provjerio i uvrstio na popis; EUSPR je mjesto gdje se sastaju oni koji vode registre.
Od izvješća iz pojedinih zemalja do zajedničkog plana
Do 2021. CTC na EUSPR-u značio je nekoliko izlaganja i postera godišnje. Od 2022. europske skupine planiraju zajedno: studija u više zemalja predložena u Tallinnu, plan istraživanja i djelovanja u Cremoni, sastanci mreže u Berlinu i Dublinu.
Tvorci modela ostali su za stolom
Hawkins 2011., Toumbourou 2018. i 2024., a od 2024. na svakoj konferenciji tim iz Seattlea: Margaret Kuklinski, Nicole Eisenberg i Dalene Beaulieu. Europska prilagodba nikada nije značila rad bez ljudi koji su model izgradili.
