Το CTC στην EUSPR, 2011–2026: από μια κεντρική ομιλία σε ένα δίκτυο

1. 01 · 2011–2016

   Άφιξη, και ένα ευρωπαϊκό έργο

   Η ιστορία ανοίγει με τον J. David Hawkins, συνδημιουργό του CTC, να δίνει κεντρική ομιλία στη Λισαβόνα το 2011 για τα οφέλη δημόσιας υγείας από την πρόληψη σε επίπεδο ολόκληρης της κοινότητας, ενώ μια ομάδα από το Ζάγκρεμπ παρουσιάζει το CTC στην Ίστρια και η Ολλανδία με την Κάτω Σαξονία ανταλλάσσουν εμπειρίες στην Κρακοβία. Στο Παρίσι το 2013 η γερμανική εφαρμογή παρουσιάζεται στην ολομέλεια. Στην Πάλμα το 2014 το χρηματοδοτούμενο από την ΕΕ CTC European Network παρουσιάζει τη διακρατική σύγκριση της έρευνας νέων και την ανασκόπησή του για τα αποτελεσματικά προγράμματα, και στη Λιουμπλιάνα το 2015 το έργο συγκαλεί την πρώτη του συνάντηση σε ένα κενό του προγράμματος. Στο Βερολίνο το 2016, με συνδιοργανωτή το Συμβούλιο Πρόληψης της Κάτω Σαξονίας, ο Nick Axford παρουσιάζει την ανασκόπηση από την οποία προέκυψαν οι καταχωρίσεις CTC στο μητρώο Xchange του EUDA.

2. 02 · 2017–2021

   Μητρώα, δοκιμές, και η έρευνα ταξιδεύει

   Τα ισχνά χρόνια για τις συναντήσεις του δικτύου ήταν πλούσια σε τεκμηρίωση. Το Nottinghamshire δείχνει πώς οι τακτικές υπηρεσίες αλλάζουν τις εκβάσεις για τα παιδιά, μετρημένες εν μέρει με ερωτήσεις από την έρευνα νέων CTC, και η Grüne Liste Prävention φέρνει τη λογική μητρώου της τέταρτης φάσης του CTC στη Βιέννη και στο διαδικτυακό συνέδριο του 2021. Η κεντρική ομιλία του John Toumbourou στη Λισαβόνα το 2018 παρουσιάζει την αυστραλιανή τυχαιοποιημένη δοκιμή κατά συστάδες· η ομιλία του Frederick Groeger-Roth στην ολομέλεια το ίδιο πρωί μετατρέπει μια δεκαετία εφαρμογής σε ταξινόμηση των εμποδίων. Η Κροατία κρατά ζωντανή την έρευνα νέων με αναρτημένες ανακοινώσεις για δείγματα 4.821 και 10.138 μαθητών, και το 2020 το Μάλμε και η Κάτω Σαξονία παρουσιάζουν το CTC δίπλα στο ισλανδικό μοντέλο σε ένα προσκεκλημένο διαδικτυακό συμπόσιο.

3. 03 · 2022–2026

   Μια κοινότητα πρακτικής, με τους δημιουργούς στην αίθουσα

   Το Ταλίν του 2022 είναι το σημείο καμπής: μια ειδική συνεδρία υπό την προεδρία του EMCDDA βάζει δίπλα δίπλα την επανάληψη CTC-EFF της Γερμανίας, τη δουλειά του Μάλμε πάνω στην ετοιμότητα και τα είκοσι χρόνια της Κροατίας, και ζητά μια ευρωπαϊκή μελέτη σε πολλές χώρες. Το Σαράγεβο του 2023 προσθέτει την Εσθονία, την Ελλάδα και την Πορτογαλία μέσω των προσαρμογών της έρευνας στο Frontline Politeia. Από την Κρεμόνα του 2024 η Ερευνητική Ομάδα Κοινωνικής Ανάπτυξης (Social Development Research Group) του Πανεπιστημίου της Ουάσινγκτον είναι σταθερή παρουσία: ένα προσυνεδριακό εργαστήριο, μια κεντρική ομιλία, συμπόσια για τα εργαλεία παρακολούθησης και για την έρευνα σε όλο τον κόσμο, και μια συζήτηση campfire για μια διακρατική ερευνητική ατζέντα. Το Βερολίνο του 2025 φιλοξενεί την πρώτη Ευρωπαϊκή Συνάντηση Δικτύου, με δεκαέξι σημεία για το CTC σε ένα και μόνο πρόγραμμα, και το Δουβλίνο του 2026 ανοίγει με μια Ευρωπαϊκή Συνάντηση και ένα συμπόσιο που διατρέχει τις πέντε φάσεις στην Εσθονία, την Ιρλανδία, τις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, τη Σουηδία και τη Γερμανία, με τον Hawkins να συντονίζει την καταληκτική συζήτηση. Η ιστορία που ξεκίνησε με τη δική του κεντρική ομιλία επιστρέφει σε αυτόν δεκαπέντε χρόνια μετά.

Τέσσερα νήματα μέσα στα χρόνια

• Η έρευνα ταξίδεψε πρώτη

  Η έρευνα νέων CTC είναι το νήμα που διατρέχει κάθε χρονιά: ολλανδικές αναλύσεις κοινοτήτων το 2015, μεγάλες κροατικές σχολικές έρευνες από το 2019, τρεις νέες προσαρμογές μέσω του Frontline Politeia το 2023. Έπειτα ένα συμπόσιο για τα ψυχομετρικά χαρακτηριστικά της σε παγκόσμια κλίμακα το 2024, η πρώτη πιλοτική εφαρμογή της Ιρλανδίας και η ψηφιακή έκδοση της Κροατίας το 2026, με το βραζιλιάνικο Comunidades Que Cuidam δίπλα τους.

• Τα μητρώα είναι η υποδομή της τέταρτης φάσης

  Το Xchange, που γεννήθηκε από την ανασκόπηση του 2016, και η γερμανική Grüne Liste Prävention εμφανίζονται στα προγράμματα έξι από τα δεκαέξι χρόνια. Μια κοινότητα μπορεί να επιλέξει δοκιμασμένα προγράμματα μόνο αν κάποιος τα έχει δοκιμάσει και καταχωρίσει· η EUSPR είναι το μέρος όπου συναντιούνται όσοι τηρούν τα μητρώα.

• Από τις αναφορές ανά χώρα σε μια κοινή ατζέντα

  Ως το 2021 το CTC στην EUSPR σήμαινε μια χούφτα ομιλίες και αναρτημένες ανακοινώσεις τον χρόνο. Από το 2022 οι ευρωπαϊκές ομάδες σχεδιάζουν μαζί: μια μελέτη σε πολλές χώρες που προτάθηκε στο Ταλίν, μια ατζέντα έρευνας και δράσης στην Κρεμόνα, συναντήσεις δικτύου στο Βερολίνο και στο Δουβλίνο.

• Οι δημιουργοί έμειναν στην αίθουσα

  Ο Hawkins το 2011, ο Toumbourou το 2018 και το 2024, και από το 2024 η ομάδα του Σιάτλ με τις Margaret Kuklinski, Nicole Eisenberg και Dalene Beaulieu σε κάθε συνέδριο. Η ευρωπαϊκή προσαρμογή δεν σήμαινε ποτέ δουλειά χωρίς τους ανθρώπους που έχτισαν το μοντέλο.
