CTC na EUSPR, 2011–2026: od wykładu plenarnego do sieci

European Society for Prevention Research (Europejskie Towarzystwo Badań nad Profilaktyką) spotyka się co roku od 2010 roku. Communities That Care jest obecne w programie niemal każdej konferencji od Lizbony 2011: najpierw jako opowieść z pojedynczych krajów, potem jako projekt unijny, a od 2022 roku jako europejska wspólnota praktyków, która spotyka się twarzą w twarz z twórcami modelu. W tym archiwum znajdują się wszystkie sesje związane z CTC, tytuły w brzmieniu oryginalnym, a źródłem jest oryginalny program konferencji.

    Przybycie i projekt europejski

    Historia zaczyna się od J. Davida Hawkinsa, współtwórcy CTC, który w 2011 roku wygłasza w Lizbonie wykład plenarny o korzyściach, jakie profilaktyka obejmująca całą społeczność przynosi zdrowiu publicznemu, podczas gdy zespół z Zagrzebia relacjonuje CTC na Istrii, a Holandia i Dolna Saksonia wymieniają doświadczenia w Krakowie. W Paryżu w 2013 roku niemieckie wdrożenie trafia na sesję plenarną. W Palmie w 2014 roku finansowany przez UE projekt CTC European Network przedstawia międzynarodowe porównanie badań ankietowych młodzieży i swój przegląd skutecznych programów, a w Lublanie w 2015 roku projekt zwołuje swoje pierwsze spotkanie w wolnym oknie programu. W Berlinie w 2016 roku, na konferencji współorganizowanej przez Landespräventionsrat Niedersachsen (Radę Prewencji Kryminalnej Dolnej Saksonii), Nick Axford przedstawia przegląd, z którego powstały wpisy CTC w rejestrze Xchange prowadzonym przez EUDA.

  2. 02 · 2017–2021

    Rejestry, badania randomizowane i wędrująca ankieta

    Chude lata dla spotkań sieci były bogate w dowody. Nottinghamshire pokazuje, jak powszechne usługi publiczne zmieniają wyniki dzieci mierzone częściowo pytaniami z badania ankietowego młodzieży CTC, a Grüne Liste Prävention przenosi logikę rejestru z czwartego etapu CTC do Wiednia i na konferencję online w 2021 roku. Wykład plenarny Johna Toumbourou w Lizbonie w 2018 roku relacjonuje australijskie badanie z randomizacją klastrową; wystąpienie plenarne Fredericka Groegera-Rotha tego samego przedpołudnia zamienia dekadę wdrożeń w taksonomię barier. Chorwacja nie pozwala zapomnieć o badaniu ankietowym młodzieży: na posterach prezentuje próby 4 821 i 10 138 uczniów, a w 2020 roku Malmö i Dolna Saksonia pokazują CTC obok modelu islandzkiego na sympozjum online zorganizowanym na zaproszenie konferencji.

  3. 03 · 2022–2026

    Wspólnota praktyków, z twórcami modelu na sali

    Tallin 2022 to punkt zwrotny: osobna sesja pod przewodnictwem EMCDDA zestawia obok siebie niemiecką replikację CTC-EFF, prace Malmö nad oceną gotowości oraz dwadzieścia lat doświadczeń Chorwacji i postuluje europejskie badanie obejmujące wiele krajów. Sarajewo 2023 dodaje Estonię, Grecję i Portugalię dzięki adaptacjom ankiety w ramach Frontline Politeia. Od Cremony 2024 Social Development Research Group z Uniwersytetu Waszyngtońskiego jest stałym uczestnikiem: warsztat przedkonferencyjny, wykład plenarny, sympozja o narzędziach monitorowania i o badaniu ankietowym na świecie oraz sesja campfire o międzynarodowej agendzie badawczej. Berlin 2025 gości pierwsze European Network Meeting, z szesnastoma punktami CTC w jednym programie, a Dublin 2026 rozpoczyna się od European Meeting i sympozjum, które przechodzi przez pięć etapów w Estonii, Irlandii, Stanach Zjednoczonych, Szwecji i Niemczech, a dyskusję zamykającą prowadzi Hawkins. Historia, która zaczęła się od jego wykładu plenarnego, po piętnastu latach wraca do niego.

Cztery wątki przez lata

  • Najpierw wyruszyła ankieta

    Badanie ankietowe młodzieży CTC to wątek, który przewija się przez każdy rok: holenderskie analizy społeczności w 2015 roku, duże chorwackie badania ankietowe w szkołach od 2019 roku, trzy nowe adaptacje w ramach Frontline Politeia w 2023 roku. Potem światowe sympozjum psychometryczne w 2024 roku, pierwszy pilotaż w Irlandii i chorwacka wersja cyfrowa w 2026 roku, a obok nich brazylijskie Comunidades Que Cuidam.

  • Rejestry to infrastruktura czwartego etapu

    Xchange, który wyrósł z przeglądu z 2016 roku, i niemiecka Grüne Liste Prävention pojawiają się w programach sześciu z szesnastu lat. Społeczność może wybierać sprawdzone programy tylko wtedy, gdy ktoś je wcześniej sprawdził i umieścił w wykazie; EUSPR jest miejscem, w którym spotykają się osoby prowadzące rejestry.

  • Od raportów krajowych do wspólnej agendy

    Do 2021 roku CTC na EUSPR oznaczało kilka wystąpień i posterów rocznie. Od 2022 roku europejskie grupy planują wspólnie: badanie obejmujące wiele krajów zaproponowane w Tallinie, agenda badań i działań w Cremonie, spotkania sieci w Berlinie i Dublinie.

  • Twórcy modelu pozostali na sali

    Hawkins w 2011 roku, Toumbourou w 2018 i 2024 roku, a od 2024 roku na każdej konferencji zespół z Seattle: Margaret Kuklinski, Nicole Eisenberg i Dalene Beaulieu. Europejska adaptacja nigdy nie oznaczała pracy bez ludzi, którzy zbudowali ten model.
