Resumen

Programme inventory compiled at the Netherlands Institute for Care and Welfare (NIZW) as the Dutch counterpart of the American CTC guide of promising approaches: an overview of prevention projects and programmes in the domains family, school, children and young people, and neighbourhood, organised by the risk and protective factors of the CTC model so that prevention teams could select interventions for their prioritised factors. A draft sourcebook had been used in the four pilots from 2000; the DSP-groep evaluation of 2004 refers to the second edition, and a fourth edition appeared with SWP and the Netherlands Youth Institute in 2007. The inventory is generally regarded as the forerunner of the Databank Effectieve Jeugdinterventies; the Verwey-Jonker evaluations note that only a handful of listed programmes met effectiveness standards. It is a catalogue, not an evaluation. The document could not be opened: only a library record (NIZW, 2004, ISBN 90-5957-229-7, 278 pages, first author Deniz Ince) was found, and the full author list and subtitle are taken from citations in the CTC-EU technical report and in Vergeer and de Vries (2008).
